At UM6P, one of Morocco’s most prestigious universities, I had this amazing opportunity to dive into a web project as a Technical Writer with the IT department. My main job was transforming complicated technical processes into clear, easy-to-follow user guides and manuals that anyone could use, whether they were tech-savvy or not.

I worked closely with the IT team to understand the ins and outs of the university’s digital systems, then turned that knowledge into simple, step-by-step instructions. From troubleshooting login issues to navigating internal tools, I made sure every guide was practical, user-friendly, and accessible. This is where I fine-tuned my WordPress skills and developed my abilities in technical writing.

Also, one of the highlights of the internship was handling multilingual translations. I worked with the Language Department too, where I got my hands on multiple translation projects. Curriculums, class courses, manuals, and many more, I was able to shift between all three languages Arabic, English, and French as needed. It sure was a rewarding challenge and experience!

This internship allowed me to develop my skills in technical writing, web content, and translation. Working at such a prestigious institution also taught me the importance of attention to detail, adaptability, and the power of clear communication in digital environments. I am both grateful and proud to have had the opportunity to work in such a top-tier environment.
